LAHSA students attend classes in Blocks, similar to how college classes are scheduled.

About every other week, a Shortened Day schedule occurs. Here, students enter school at 10:15 and leave at the regular time. During shortened days, our teachers attend professional development workshops, plan together with other teachers, and perform other tasks so they can better serve the LAHSA student body.

About once every quarter, students attend an all-day Enrichment Day where they learn about their community, visit colleges, or engage in other opportunities that take them out of the RFK campus.
